Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Persoona IP website at myidea.company and the Persoona IP app (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Persoon AI Inc. (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What Persoona IP is — and isn't

• Persoona IP is software: a founder checklist, document generators built from publicly available templates, and lookups against public sources such as USPTO records and domain registries.
• We are not a law firm. We don't give legal advice, we don't file anything on your behalf, and using the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship.
• Generated documents are starting points. Have a qualified attorney review anything before you rely on it, sign it, or file it.
• Search results (trademarks, domains, handles) come from third-party sources and can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. A clear search is not a guarantee that a name is available or registrable.

Private beta

The app is invite-only. Accounts are issued by us; we may decline, pause, or end beta access at any time. Features may change or be removed while we learn what founders need.

Price

During the private beta the Service is provided without charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will show the price and terms before you are asked to pay, and nothing will be charged without your explicit checkout.

Your account and your content

• Keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You own the company information you enter and the documents you generate. You give us permission to store and process that content only to run the Service for you.
• Only enter information you have the right to share.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to:

• break the law or infringe anyone else's rights;
• scrape, copy, or resell the Service or its templates in bulk;
• reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt the Service or other users' workspaces;
• send spam or automated traffic through our forms.

Templates and third-party sources

Some templates are derived from publicly available sources (for example YC, Cooley GO, Common Paper, and Bonterms) under their respective licenses. Those sources are not affiliated with us and do not endorse Persoona IP.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Persoon AI Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the Service's output. Because the beta is free, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to US$100.

Ending use

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account through the contact form. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we'll tell beta users before it takes effect.
