Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Persoon AI Inc. (“we”) collects through the Persoona IP website and app, and what we do with it. We collect as little as we can to run a small private beta.

What we collect

• Contact form. Whatever you type: an optional name, an optional email, an optional subject, and your message. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) and your browser's user-agent string, to limit spam.
• Account. If we invite you, your email address and login credentials (passwords are handled by our authentication provider; we never see them in plain text).
• Workspace content. Company details you enter, checklist progress, documents you generate or upload, and an activity log of actions in your workspace.
• Usage analytics. If analytics is enabled, basic page-view and event data about how the site is used.

How we use it

• To reply to your message and decide on beta invites.
• To run the app: show your workspace, generate documents, and run searches you request.
• To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
• To understand which parts of the product are useful.

We do not sell personal information and we do not use your documents to train AI models.

Who processes it for us

We rely on a small set of service providers, each only for the job listed:

• Vercel — hosting.
• Supabase — database, file storage, and authentication.
• Resend — sending email (for example, confirming your contact-form message).
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot checks on the contact form.
• Anthropic — generating suggestions when you ask the app for AI help; only the text needed for that request is sent.
• Google Analytics — page-view analytics on the public site; it sets its own cookies.
• PostHog — product analytics, when enabled.
• Dropbox Sign or DocuSign — e-signature, only if you choose to send a document for signature.

Public lookups (USPTO trademark records, domain registries, social handles) send only the name you are searching for.

Emails we send

If you include an email on the contact form we send one confirmation that it arrived. Account holders get service emails (for example, signature updates). We don't send marketing email from the beta.

How long we keep it

Contact messages and account data are kept while the beta runs or until you ask us to delete them. Workspace content stays until you delete it or ask us to delete your account.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by sending a request through the contact form. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Where data is stored

Data is stored with the providers above, which may process it in the United States, Canada, or other countries where they operate.

Children

Persoona IP is for founders and businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We'll update the date at the top when this policy changes, and tell beta users about significant changes.
